You have taken vocational degree in b.com.in cse a vocational degree holder can appear civil service examination.cse is a part of upsc exam.to appear a candidate have to clear his/her graduation from a recognized university.his/her age must be within 21 tears to 30 years.if you want to know more than you visit the official site of upsc.

1. prelims, 2 . Mains, 3. Interview.

IF you want to crack this exam then you need to crack all the phase in a year.
