• As an educational qualification, you were already qualified because it's needs the minimum qualification of graduation, since you have completed MCA, an post graduate degree, definately appear in this exam.
• But as per age limit, your age must be between 21 years to 30 years.
• If you comes from an OBC category then 3 years of age relaxation is given and for sc/st category it's 5 years of age relaxation.
• Nationality of your's must be India.
• Regarding number of attempts, General category-Four, obc category-seven and no limit for sc/st category.

Yes Sure dear you can apply and according to the UPSC Board eligibility criteria, you can apply for this exam after just completing your graduation means only graduation degree is enough to apply for this exam but there are some other conditions which are - you must have at least 50% or above marks in the graduation as aggregate in all years or semesters and your age should not be less than 21 years or more than 30 years if you are in General category, but OBC category candidate can apply for this exam till the age of 33 years and SC/STs are eligible to apply for this exam till 35 years of age.

General category candidates can appear for this exam only for 4 times, OBC category only for 7 times and there is no limit to appear for this exam for SC/STs but age should not be exceeded more than 35 years.

following the rules prescribed by the union public service commission for i.a.s exam.

1.a graduate or final year candidate from a recognized university in any discipline can write i.a.s.e.
2.the age must be within 21 years to 30 years.relaxation for obc 3 years and for s/t 5 years.
3.candidate must be the citizen of india.
4.to clear the exam. A candidate can avail 4 attempts belong to gen.category.
5.relaxation for obc candidates 7 attempts and for s/c s/t no limit.
