Can I apply for UPSC, PSC and Railway exams after completing Diploma (Mechanical engineering) with 72%?

Hello sir ,
I have completed diploma in mechanical enggineering With 72% ,now I have a small govt job . can I eligible for UPSC, PSC , and RAILWAY Job.

Dear Aspirant
As per guidelines of IAS,PSC and Railway,you must have Graduate Degree from Recognized University,but in your case you have only Diploma although you have 72%.so you can't appear in IAS exam.
but there are some railway exams which are of diploma or +2 level
for that exams you are eligible.
