    Can I become a clerk in defence after 12th (Science)? Procedure to join Army, Air Force, Navy/Naval academy? What is the salary prospects for the mentioned roles? What percentage of marks should I score in 12th?

    Yes you can become a clerk after class 12th so for that you need to fulfill all the related eligibility criteria for the same as follows-
    You need to be 12th pass in any stream with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subjects.
    Should have studied and passed english and mmaths /accountsd/book keeping in class 10th or class 12th with 40% in each subjects.
    In case of graduation in maths and english as subjects in BSc the stipulation of 40% in Class 10th or class12th is waivewd off.
    If in case of graduate without english and maths /accounts/book keeping heshould have scored more than 40% in english and maths/accounts/book keeping at least once in class 10th or class 12th.
    Well if you like to join the indian army,air force or navy at the officers level then you need to apply for the NDA examination.
    NDA stands for the national defence academy.
    This is the conduction of the UPSc twice every year.
    If you like to apply for the indian army then you need to have the 12th in any stream.
    But if you want to apply for the air force and navy then you should have 12th passed in physics and maths.
    Age should be 16.5 to 19 years.
    You should not have any crimninal records.
    You must be indian by nationality.
    Selection oprocedure -
    Written examination.
    SSB interview.
    Medical examination.
