I am sorry to say that you cannot appear in the upsc civil services examination if you belong to the general or the obc category.
This is only possible if you belong to the sc/st or the physically handicapped category.
Because the age limit for the general and the obc category is 21-30 years and 21-33 years respectively.
Whereas the age limit for the sc/st and the PH category students is 21-35 and 21-40 years respectively
