National defence academy is conducted by union public service commission twice in a year to recruits the candidates in Army, Navy & Air Force wings of National Defence Academy.

If you have completed 12th standard from science background then you are applicable for all post conducted by NDA .All 12th standard candidate can apply for Indian Army .

The candidate age should between 16.5 years to 19 years.There is no age relaxation for Sc/ST candidate .There is no attempts limit .Upto 19 years of your age you can apply here .

Your age now 17 years old so you are applicable for NDA exam .

Only unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply.You must have Citizenship of India.

The selection procedure for NDA exam is 1) Written Test. 2) Personal Interview.

Pattern for NDA exam :-

For NDA exam you must have passed the 12th class from a recognized board and your age must lies in between 16.5-19 years.
So you can apply in the age of 16.5 years.
So you can apply for the NDA exam only if you are Indian and Unmarried.

NDA refers to "national defense academy.its a common exam which is held to recruit youngsters into different field like army,air force,navy.

for this you qualify its eligibility criteria then only you can fill the application form.

yes you can give NDA(National Defence Academy) examination held by UPSC at age of 17 years but minimum age for NDA is not 17 years but its 16.5 years or 16 years and 6 months.

The eligibility criteria for appearing in NDA examination are:-

1.The educational qualification for appearing in NDA examination is that candidate should have passed class 12th examination from any recognized Board.

2.The candidate should be citizen of India.

3.The candidate should be unmarried.

4.The age limit for NDA is 16.5-19 years.

5.Candidates who applied for Air Force or Navy should have Maths and Physics as compulsory subjects in class 12th.There is no such boundation for subjects for candidates who want to join the army.
