for the engineering jobs offered by the upsc, indian engineering service is the exam which is taken by the upsc for the selection of engineers for the government positions. the criteria for you bring the electronics engineer is that you should be a graduate in electronics stream from recognise indian university and your age should not be less than 21 years.
The maximum age for giving the examination is 30 years for the general category, 33 years for the obc category and 35 years for the sc/st category.
