You can give IAS exam only if you fall in educational qualification as follows :The candidate must hold any degree in any discipline from any recongnized universityFinal year degree students who will obtain degree by August 1, 2013 are also eligible for CSAT 2013
The degree can be of any class (distinction, first, second etc.)
Degree obtained by distance education/open university is also eligible if the university is a recognized university

Yes,of course ,but the important requirement is that you must have a bachelor's degree in any of the specialisations that is either computer science or information technology from a recognised university.Even if you are in final year then also you are also eligible for the exam.

Dear aspirant,
-Any graduate can apply for IAS exams but he has to choose an optional subject when applying for the IAS exam.
-There is a list of optional subjects provided on the UPSC website from which you have to choose one of the subject for which you have to give paper.
-You should have knowledge of that optional subject if you want to score good in IAS exam.
-Your age must be 21 to 30 years for IAS exam if you are General category candidate. Age relaxation is available to SC/ST, OBC and Ex-servicemen.

Your age should be in between 21 to 30 years old. Age relaxation is provide only for SC/ST/OBC category as per govt rule.
The maximum attempts for SC/ST candidate is Unlimited. for OBC candidate it is 7 times and for general candidate it is 5 times.

It totally depends on that whether you have completed your Graduation or you are currently pursuing the same.
This is because , you are eligible for the Civil Services Examination only if you have completed your graduation from any recognized college/university.
Also , you can apply if you are in the final year of graduation but in cases other than these you are ineligible.

For that exam you should be graduate from any recognized university and also can apply in last year of graduation.
For that exam no percentage barrier,those students are also eligible which just have passing marks in graduation.
It does not matter that in which fields you are passing your graduation only you should be graduate.
Your age must be under 21-30 years,3 years of age relaxation for BC candidates and 5 years of age relaxation for SC/ST candidates.
