in 2010.but till now i have not got my first semester's marksheet.but i have completed all semesters.i have got provisional. i want to know whether i wil be able to give the ias exam.from where can i get ias application form?

Friend if you don't have original degree and certificate then you will not be allowed for the IAS exam.
You will be declared disqualify.
if you have no original certificates then you can request to unversity for original certificates and its provisional.
provisional degree will be valid for the civil service exam.
There are limited attempts in IAS exam.

7 attempts for OBC candidates

You can not apply for any exam of UPSC if you do not have original certificates.

Without having Original degree you will not consider as a Graduate.
But also at the time of mains examination only you have to submit your educational certificates.
Which is after appearing in Preliminary examination.
So, you can apply for Civil Service examination.
But also once contact your University or college procedure for collection of Original degree.

Original degree certificate is a must. Nothing else except the original certificate can replace it.
Although you may appear for the UPSC exam on the basis of your marksheet, the degree certificate is highly important during the final interview. Else, you will be disqualified.

Original Certificates are must for any exam not on IAS, no university or college will accept you without your original certificates , you can give a letter to your college that you want your certificates again sa you have lost it or whatever it is .
