    Dear friend,

    Yes definitely you can appear for those exams.

    the criteria is the person should be a graduate from a recognized university.

    you should also check the age limits.generally it is between 21 to 30 years for general category students.

    so if you will satisfy the above conditions you can appear.

    Absolutely YES. The minimum educational criteria for UPSC exams is a bachelor's degree. AGE criteria: not less than 21 years of age and not more than 30 years of age as on the month of August on th year you are applying.( for general candidates). For OBC-upto 33 years and for SC/ST upto 35 years
