Eligibility criteria:
1) AGE: 21-30 years as on august month of the year in which you are applying.
for OBC, upper age is extensible by 3 years
for SC/ST it is extensible by 5 years
2) Education:
a bachelor's degree from any recognized university.

If your institute is recognized by the UGC or AICTE, then you can definitely appear for the examination. The age limit for the UPSC examination is within 21-30 years.
