the upsc exam is available from the head post office in your city/town. and pay the fee through crf ticket which is also available in the post office.

upsc form also fill through online. and pay the fee through net banking or the cash deposit in the bank. the form available in the month of December/ January .

THE UPSC FORMS WILL NEVER BE AVAILABLE ON ANYWHERE BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO APPLY ONLY ONLINE MODE BECAUSE THERE IS NO ANY MODE OF APPLICATION IS ACCEPTED BY UPSC..

THE NOTIFICATION RELEASED BY UPSC FOR THE CIVIL SERVICES EXAMINATION IN THE MIDDLE FEBRUARY AND THE EXAM IS CONDUCTED EVERY YEAR IN MAY OR JUNE.

Online:UPSC provided the facility to candidates to fill the application form online. you can apply for UPSC exams online on following link:

Offline: You can also fill the application form offline also. For offline you have to buy the application form from any head post office.

There are two ways for applying in upsc exams. Online and offline. If you want to do it online then you have to log on to www.upsconline.nic.in. After that you will see the link of "online application for various exams of upsc". You have to click this link and fill the exam form. For applying online upsc you have to cut the challan form at Bank and give challan no. in application form.

For offline application form you have to buy it from post-office. You will have to attach demand draft for giving the exam fees of upsc.

Means for the exam which you want to apply

And then fill the form and pay fee if required and upload photo and signature

Then submit the form

-First purchase the form of the exam

-Which you want to fill and then fill

-Your form and submit the form

UPSC Application forms will be available on the website of UPSC which is :
http://upsc.gov.in
It will be available to download once the notice of such examination is announced by UPSC.
UPSC only allows registration through Online Registration Process.
So keep yourself informed for any such notification issued by UPSC and apply accordingly.

Nowadays UPSC is encouraging online applications.so please understand that forms are available in the online mode.The commission will not accept your form by any other mode.you now have option to send only online forms.

You can now get the forms online from the website www.upsconline.nic.in

Firstly the upsc will publish the notification for any exam in the employment newspaper and then you can to the above mentioned website and start filling the forms online.

After submitting the forms online you will get a unique registration number which you should remember.

Roughly before three weeks before the commencement of the exam you can get your admit card by giving the registration number and the date of birth.

you can download your application form online and take print out.Upsc does not sends admit card in post any more.

so the above steps are the detailed steps for filling the forms and getting the admit card.
