Sorry,dear you can not write all the papers of Civil Service Exam in Kannada.
It will in Hindi and English Medium
In Main examination you can use English Language only.
You can select Kannad Language only paper I in preliminary Examination.

no friend , you can give the civil service exam in Hindi or English medium. but here you will have to choose the one Indian language paper. In this paper you can choose any indian language
no friend till today there is no system to write all papers' in kannada language in civil services conducted by upsc.you can only one indian language paper,that you can write.
There are 2 (two)options you can write cse of upsc by way of either in english language or in hindi.i think our country belong to multy languages and at this point there is no chance to introduce other languages in upsce cse exam simultaneously.

Sorry friend but there is no such provision that allows any candidate to give the exam in any language other than Hindi or English.
For the generalization purpose the Examination is conducted in two languages Hindi and English. You have to choose from the two.
You can select the kannada language for the language paper.

No dear its not possible bcoz UPSC exam only publich two language Hindi & English
So, if you give civil service exam then you should have one language which mention above.....................
