Post Graduation in M.A political science has the greatest respect in Interview session.
As you completed M.A in Political Science you have easy attempt because most of the questions based on Politics of our Country only.

Age limits are:
General-21 to 30 years ,04 attempts.

Yes you can easily apply for UPSC Civil services exam because you have completed your degree and post graduate degree also and UPSC board required a completed or final year pursuing candidates their age is between 21-30 years for civil services exams and if your age is between 21-30 years then you can apply for upcoming Civil Services Exams in 2013 and because of your qualification of post graduate degree you are eligible to apply for IES - Indian Economic Services Also and through the IES you may reach to the top position in India after becoming Governor of Reserve Bank of India then you may become the finance minister in India and you may reach to the prime minister and president post of India but to reach at this pinnacle you need a concentrated study for at least 18 hours per day then you may convert your dreams in true means the hard and smart preparation is everything for you if you really interested for any civil or economic posts in India.
