Can I write Civil Services Exam after completing graduation from a Foreign University? Is it compulsory to have graduation certificate from a recognized university of India?

If I do my graduation from an University abroad am i eligible to give the civil services exam? Or i need to have a graduation certificate from any recognised university in India.

No , Its not compulsory to have an Indian graduation degree ,

as long as you are an Indian Citizen .

Graduation from a recognised university and

a citizen of india and

Age Criteria

Nothing else is required as per UPSC norms.

Association of Indian universities located at Delhi is competent authority to grant you an equivillant degree of your degree which you have pursued abroad .on basis of that equvillant degree you can appear in civil service exam
