well it is not mandatory for u to undergo a medical checkup before nda exam we can do it later after the written test
but it is clearly mentioned inthe broucher that the candidate should be age of 161/2-19, 157.5 cm of height
and he should be medically fit and must undergo a medical checkup after written test

I think you don't eligible for this.
but you can go for other job .

But you are not eligible for this.

Limits of Myopia - 0.75

Hypermetropia + 1.5

And to go for the Medical test .. first of all you need to Write the Written Test

If you have completed 12th standard from recognized board with science department you are applicable for NDA exam.Commerce student are applicable for only Indian Army branch.But your age should be in between 16.5 to 19 years.

Your eye sight is -3.5 so i think you are not applicable for NDA exam .When they conduct distance vision test , you may be reject .

if the vision of both of your eyes are 6/6 with spectacles then you are eligible for army. and you can apply for nda exam.
