Hello
YES A PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED CANDIDATES CAN BECOME IFS.
The basic idea is only that a physically handicapped candidate have the same job to do,there will be no such work which will require any hard physical work. You will be applying for IFS(Indian Forest Services),you will be appointed as a officer only.
The physical attributes require only if you apply for IPS(Indian Police Service),there the physical work is so much that a handicapped person won't be able to do justice, but in case of Indian Administrative Services,Indian Forest Services, you will sit and order, where as IPS has certainly lot of physical involvement,as they will be police, they will be appointed as a high rank police, there job will always be related to crime, hence physical involvement is necessary.
