Yes,For IAS examination you must have the Graduation Degree.
If you are interested in the IAS exam you must satisfy the below conditions:
You have to complete the Graduation from any recognized university.
And the your age should in between 21-30 years.The upper age limit will be applicable for ST/Sc OBC candidates.
The Selection procedure consist of 2 sections
Written exam
Interview.
The Written exam having 2 different sections.One is Preliminary examination.And the Other is main examination.After completion of your Preliminary examination you can go for Main examination....
