you should pass the any Degree from Universities of the Central or State Legislature in India or

Criteria for Group II

master of Degree or Bachelors Degree and BGL Degree or a Bachelors Degree with first class. And
the minimum Age Limit 21 years and maximum Age Limit 35 years for SC, ST, MBC, BC, BCM, and
Destitute Widows of all castes and 30 years for remaining candidates.

These exams are held only once in an year.
