Upsc only give the goverment job through a long process. number of the exam held by it.
like as ias exam three parts :- 1. Preliminary exam 2. main exam. 3. interview.
in preliminary exam two paper given by the board.
main exam seven paper.
Dear, For your information I would like to tell you that UPSC is as same as Board of CBSE which Conduct Exams for different Gazetted posts for different Departments in our country which belongs to Central Govt. of India. Such as IAS, IPS, IFS, NDA, CDS, etc. And Hence, Companies are not able to recruit any candidate through the Exams. Conducted by the UPSC. for your help visit this link:- www.upsc.gov.in Good Luck....
Dear pal,
- You have mistaken about the exam conducted by UPSC . The recruitment is to the government jobs that is available in various states. Which provide you with good salary package.
- Private companies do not recruit you by the exam conducted every year. Several vacancies are available for one in the public service commission.
- Being a engineer you can apply for the Indian Engineering service for which only engineers can apply . It is held in four disciplines namely civil, mechanical, electrical and electronics and telecommunication
- So you can apply for the service exam under the Electrical discipline and do your preparation well. The exam includes two papers which comprises of all the papers necessary for a bachelor degree aspirant.
