hello dear,
no as if its not important to study a specific topic you need
to have knowledge of every type and sort so that you can
crack the exams..and it entirely depends on your flavour of subjects,
somebody like other subjects so they can take them as well
so it is not that you need to have a thorough knowledge of
indian penal code....
