I have taken a UPSC form for engineering & i dont know how to fill the form such that
1) wt is the code of Branch of ENGG for which competing,
2) wt is Educational Qaulification code of 12th,
3)wt is examination centre code,
4)wt is examination code.
Plz sir help me it's urgent bcoz last date of form coming nearer...

If you want to fill up the form of engineering service exam then you can fill up online.
There are many branches in UPSC exams you did not mention your branch .
you will have to do nothing just go the link which i have given below and fill the form for the exam.
