Your question is incomplete please specify the exam you want because UPSC conducts various exams and for each one of it releases the application accordingly . usually it gives a 2 day in advance notification of the exam in leading news papers and in employment news papers after which it releases the online or offline applications accordingly .

Hiii friend ...in your question you did not mention any thing that show just you need the perticular exam dates for UPSC....any way UPSC wants only graduates in any stream so first of all you are to be a graduate...after that dates should be announced by UPSC dept....my suggestion is please surf and browse the official website of UPSC.....i.e., http://www.upsc.gov.in in this web site it will show every thing about notifications and date of exams....it is better to maintain a email because each and every transaction is going only through mail so keep going on...any way all the best my friend...

Hiii..Since you didnt mention any specific exam i would suggest you to kindly go to www.upsc.gov.in.. Tuere under examination column you can get list of all the exams conducted by upsc along with opening and closing of appalication form and the day and date of that exam...Thank you

upsc conducts many exams every year such as NDA,SRCA,CDS,IAS,CPF,IPS,IFS,IRS,etc
NDA and SRCA are 12th based exams whereas CDS,IAS,CPF,IPS,IFS,IRS,etc are graduation based exam under upsc .
as soon as the notification of a upsc exam is released on the official upsc site, the form of that exam become available at the head post office as well as at the www.upsconline.nic.in
upsc form can be filled both by postal applications as well as by online applications
for postal applications for upsc exam you will have to go to the nearby head post office and buy the form to apply for upsc .then by following the instructions written on the form you can successfully fill the form and the make a send to the upsc.
for online applications you have log on to www.upsconline.nic.in where you will see the registration part I after filling registration part I you will have to fill registration part II where you have to upload your photograph as well as your signature then your form will accepted by upsc as you click submit option present at the bottom there .

The UPSC now accepts the application form through online only. So you have to apply through online by visiting the website www.upsconline.nic.in and then ORA link. It conducts the examination like CSAT, NDA, CDS, CPF(AC), SCRA etc.. So the date of advertising and the date of examination are different. So to know the dates of these above said examination or advertising, you have to visit the website www.upsc.gov.in and then choose the examination link where you can find the examination calender.
