Before applying for it please keep ready of the scanned photo and signature of yours and to pay the exam fees keep your credit or debit card to make the payment through the payment gateway .
OFFLINE APPLICATION
To apply manually you can get the applications from some registered centers as declared by the upsc regulatory board .
You can get application form online at www.upsconline.nic.in or www.upsc.gov.in and if you want to fill up the offline form then you can go to Post-Office and buy the form.
But first of all you have to see all the qualification for filling the form. In www.upsc.gov.in you can see all the qualification which is necessary to UPSC.
