ONLINE APPLICATION
to apply for the exams please refer the official website of upsc [ www.upsconline.com]
Before applying for it please keep ready of the scanned photo and signature of yours and to pay the exam fees keep your credit or debit card to make the payment through the payment gateway .
OFFLINE APPLICATION
To apply manually you can get the applications from some registered centers as declared by the upsc regulatory board .
You can get application form online at www.upsconline.nic.in or www.upsc.gov.in and if you want to fill up the offline form then you can go to Post-Office and buy the form.
But first of all you have to see all the qualification for filling the form. In www.upsc.gov.in you can see all the qualification which is necessary to UPSC.

2. than click on part-1 registration and fill all the basic entries in the part one .\
3. after filling the part one registration take a printout of chalan and go to the bank and pay fee for

provide registration no. and transaction
id , provide and click submit.
5. after submitting the application form you will get a conformation e-mail in your inbox e-mail

There is a common form for all UPSC exams.
In the prescribed form, a candidate has to indicate the exam he/she has applied for. Forms are available in selected post offices across the country. As soon as the application forms are received and processed, the candidates will be sent an admit card.
