First you have to fill the application forms online
Application forms are available at http://www.upsconline.nic.in

The E - Admission forms are available online three weeks before the test at the site www.upsc.gov.in
No postal methods are followed for any of the procedures above.

You can register for IAS preliminary exam from UPSC website http://upsconline.nic.in
UPSC conducts the IAS exam hence online application is available on UPSC website.
There is an common online application form for every UPSC exam and you have to select the exam for which you are applying and fill all the details in it which are mandatory.
After filling all the details you will be given a registration number and you have to use this registration number in next part of application form.
You have to pay the fee through bank challan or net banking .
After paying fee and completing last part of application the registration process for IAS exam is complete and you don�t have to do anything .
When the date of exam will be near you can download the call letter and appear for the exam.

HERE ARE THE SIMPLE STEPS TO FILLING THE REGISTRATION FORM OF UPSC PRELIMINARY EXAMINATION , YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW THE STEPS TO FILL THE APPLICATION FORM SUCCESSFULLY
1. at first you should go on the website of upsc http://www.upsconline.nic.in
2. click on ' online application form'
3. now click on 'part -1 registration' before the exam you want to apply for.
4. fill the general details about yourself(name, father's name, address,............) in the part -1 and submit it.
5. take a printout of chalan copy and go to the bank.
6. give chalan copy with money written on it to the banker ,and he/she will give you a
transaction id in written on the copy of chalan.
7. now come again to your computer and open the 'part - 2 registration.'
8. fill the transaction ID and registration ID to open the part-2 registration.
9. now upload your scanned photograph,signature and left hand thumb impression,
and submit it.
10. after submitting the application form you will get a conformation e-mail in the mailbox.take a print out of the application form for
future correspondence to upsc.

In that website you ca get the application form.You need to fill that application then you will complete the registration.It is very simple procedure

Sorry to say dear, there is no age relaxation for the government employee.
The same criteria of the government employee are like as the other candidate.
The age limit for the candidate is the 21 to 30 years for unreserved category.
3 years age relaxation for the obc category.
5 years age relaxation for the SC/ST Category.
10 years of the physical handicapped.
Graduation in any stream is compulsory for the exam

Hello Dear,
don't take any tension about registration process, there are some simple step for registration of CSAT exam.
Step1- open the UPSC official site http://www.upsconline.nic.in
Step2- Click on the online application form and then click on registration part1 and fill all the detail
Step3- after completing registration you can take printout of challan for paying fees or you can use net banking for payment
Step4- after filling the challan go to the part 2 registration and fill all the detail which is provided by the bankand submitted it.
Step5- after submitting the form take print out.

There is no percentage required
Your age should be between 21-30 years
for OBC +3 years
For SC/ST + 5years
