NO PERCENTAGE DOES NOT MATTER FOR IPS(INDIAN POLICE SERVICE) EXAM.
IPS is conducted by UPSC and the exam is under the exam as civil service examination,in order to apply for civil service examination there is no need to have a minimum percentage.Now,only degree with pass marks is enough to apply for civil service examination.
YES YOU CAN GIVE IPS EXAM AFTER COMPLETING LLB.
A degree is necessary to apply for IPS exams,LLB is a degree,you are very welcome.Without any doubt,any hesitation you can apply for IPS exam.
