This is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission
THERE IS NO PARTICULAR PERCENTAGE CRITERIA TO APPLY FOR THE EXAM
You must not have Any Backlogs
Must have a minimum of GRADUATION
And you must be an Indian Citizen

In order to become an ips officer you need to qualify the civil services examination., there is no limit of percentage in graduation.

It is nice that you want to become IPS officer. IPS exam stands for Indian police service which is conducted by UPSC. To join ,you must be graduate from a recognized university.Age limit is 21-30 years.You must be Indian citizen.
