Does UPSC change its exams syllabus and question paper pattern every year? If yes then when will they notify regarding same?

No, the syllabus and pattern was changed last year and it is not changed every year. in case, if any change has been made they will notify along with the advertisement but as it has been modified recently no further modifications would be made in it.

Well dear it does not changes every year.it was changed in the year 2011.it has not changed till then.if they make any changes in the syallabus then upsc will surely give notification for it with the advertisement.as far as this year there has not been any change made.best of luck
