IFS stands for Indian Forest Service and this Examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission of India . This Examination is held every years during the Month of July .
Eligibility Criteria required for IFS Examination :-
Nationality :-
You should be Citizen of India .
Educational Qualification :-
You Should Complete Bachelor degree from recognized University / Institution .
You should Compulsory having any of the Subjects like, ( Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science Botany / Chemistry / Geology / Mathematics / Physics / Statistics / Zoology etc.. ) in your Bachelor degree.
Age limit :-

sorry dear you can,t apply for IFS EXAM because your only 12th passed but for IFS EXAM you should have to passed graduate.

For this candidate should be Graduate with at least one of the following subjects : Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology OR
Bachelor Degree in Agriculture, Forestry of in Engineering on any of University incorporated by an Act of the Central OR State Legislature in India.
Candidate age should be between :
For General Candidate 21-30 years
For OBC Candidate 21-33 years
For SC/ST Candidate 21-35 years

Only passing 12th class exams does not make any candidate eligible to apply for Indian Forest Services exams means you do not have enough educational qualifications to apply for UPSC Indian Forest Services Exams but you can apply for this exam if you have following eligibilities :
A bachelor degree in any of the following discipline from a recognized university with at least 50% marks :
1. Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Zoology or a bachelor degree in Agriculture or Forestry from a recognized university.
2. Candidate's those who are pursuing final year of the above mentioned relevant subject degree or awaiting for the result of final year examinations may also apply
Pattern of Examination :
Paper I - English - 300 marks
Paper II - General Knowledge - 300 marks
Paper III, IV, V and VI would be chosen from your selected subject for the exam means you are allowed to choose any two subjects and every subject would contain 2 separate papers.
You must complete your graduation in any one of the above mentioned relevant subject then you would be eligible to apply for UPSC - Indian Forest Services Exams.
