There is the SSC combined graduate level exam which recruite for Central Vigilance Commission.You must pass graduation for that.That applies to other upsc exams as well except Indian Engineering Servic where you can apply being in final year of BTech also.Good Luck!

for IAS, IPS, IFS, COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICE, CPO - candidate with bachelor degree in any stream can apply.
for IES a candidate with B.E/B.Tech in CIVIL/MECH/ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONICS & TELECOMMUNICATIONS only can apply.

age limit:

21 - 30 yrs for general
21 - 33 yrs for obc
21 - 35 yrs for sc/st

dear friend to join the vigilance department you have to clear the combined graduate level exam hosted by staff selection commossion the notificcation is out you can check the details at ssc.nic.in and to apply you must be graduate or should be in final year of graduation and the same criteria is for the upsc examination and you can check the details at upsc.gov.in so all the vey best buddy

in your question you mentioned about your qualification as a final year student

it means your age is above 21 years

now you can eligible to apply for any government job that is
belongs to central
government

in UPSC exam consists of different sessions like
CDS,IAS,IPS,IFS and special officer
posts
you can opt any one of them that is up to you

even you do not bother about your specialization also

because they want complete degree form any branch
