for these exam candidate must be indian.
the age limit for the candidate is 21 to 30 years for the unreserved category.
the qualification is required graduation passed in any stream from the recognized university.

Age criterion different between UPSC and TNPSC.

The essential qualification for the TNPSC, UPSC'S CSAT is to pass the Bachelor degree at any recognized university in any discipline. UPSC is body which conduct exam for Civil Services and
TNPSC, UPSC is have same criteria for civil services
only deffrence is TNPSC is only for temil nadu and upsc is for central body.
