Amendment - The meaning of word Amendment is to make some changes in the natural text of written constitution means if something has already been fixed or decided by the Assembly as the law so Assembly will make changes again in that form means if any situation comes that can not be solved without making an amendment in the constitution then this process is done
Process of Amendment in Constitution of India : Indian Constitution is mixed constitution that is taken from various countries so this is not too hard and also not very soft as we may say that - 2/3 part of this constitution is rigid and 1/2 part of this constitution is flexible.
To make amendment in the constitution over any issue, a bill will be presented in any one of the - Senate or house of People but this bill is not presented in the senate of any state means only under Central Government and this bill should be approved by both Houses of Parliament
To Amend the constitution this is mandatory that at least 2/3 of the members of House of Parliament should be in favor of the Amendment and if the members are less than 2/3 of the total members then this bill will not be passed but this is not necessary that all members of the House of Parliament favors or neglect, some members may not be present at that time and some may walk out from the Parliament so this situation does not affect the amendment but total 2/3 of the members that are present while favoring should be in favor means members may be 100 out of 545 but 2/3 of the 100 members should be in favor of amendment then only this bill will be approved by the government and - "President of India" should be agreed on this process otherwise you may not present any bill in any House of People
