Dear before hearing anything about any competitive examination, you should try to know actual information about the selection process because whatever the genuine information provided by the board of selection, that will be actual for all aspirants and according to that candidates need to appear for written examination and pass that exam by securing minimum qualifying marks in examination and general selection process is mentioned below for CDS

Stage I - Written Examination

Stage II - SSB Interview and Personality Test

Stage III - Physical Standards and Medical Test

Stage IV - Verification of all necessary documents and certificates

Stage V - Allotment of the service area according to preferred cadre

Now you have to know that if you get failed in anyone of the above mentioned stage then your candidature will be immediately cancelled and mainly while - Physical Endurance and Medical Standards test because this stage is the most necessary after passing examination and if you pass this stage then you will get the job

No there are no stupid reasons to disqualify any of the girls candidates because candidates are only selected if they have potential, if you are not according to the eligibility criteria and also not qualify the examination with good marks then they are required to disqualify the cadidates at any point of time so do not think that there is any kind of reason to reject the candidates for the any of the reasons.
Here is the eligibility criteria that you need to fulfil to give the examination of CDS.
your age must be 19 to 22 years for the navy.
19 to 23 years for the airforce.
19 to 24 years for the IMA.
19 to 25 years for the OTA.
if you not fulfil the age criteria then you will be unable to apply for the same.
Girls are always preffered for the officers training academy so it will be better for them to apply for the OTA.
