For the CDS exam you have to get the minimum cut off marks in order to clear written exam. The Cut off marks is changing from Year to year. It depends on the number of the candidates are appearing in the exam and also number of vacancies. It commonly 40% so you have to get minimum cut off marks in order to get the selected for the Interview.

The total test is for all about "" 300 Marks ""
And generally the Cut-Off would be above " 120 " marks
There will be an each and Individual cut off Applied
In the maths ... it would be about 50 %
In the General Knowledge it self it would be about 30 - 40%
In the English it could be around 50% of the original marks conducted
EVERY YEAR ... THERE WILL BE AN EACH AND INDIVIDUAL AND DIFFERENT CUTOFFS
Some times ... 40% of the conducted marks has to be score to qualify the exam
