Yes you can prepare for the IAS examination after BCA even you can also apply for the same, because the qualification of the examination is graduation in any discipline from a recognised university.
You need to make sure that your age should be 21 to 30 yearsof age to apply for the same as less or more cannot apply at any cost.
If you are in any category like -
OBC then 3 years of upper age relaxation will be there.
SC/ST 5 years of age relaxation.
So you just see the eligibility criteria before you apply for this examination.
There will be two stages in written test and these are -
CSAT and MAINS examination.
MAINS exam is only possible to reach if you qualify the CSAT examination as it is the prelims so qualifying this exam is must.
There will be two papers in the CSAT both general studies at two different shifts in one day.
Both the papers will consist 200 marks each that means 400 in total.
After qualifying the same you will reach the MAINS exam that starts with the one of the language in paper 1 300 marks that you need to select .
Paper 2 will be english 300 marks
Paper 3 includes essay writing 200 marks
Paper 4 and 5 will include general studies 300marks each.
In paper 6 ,7,8,9 you need to select any two optional subjects .

It is good idea that you want to join IAS exam after BCA degree. It is better to start preparation of IAS exam with your Studding of BCA.
IAS exam is conducted to join IAS Post. IAS exam is very tough exam which is conducted by UPSC.
Education Qualification ;-
--You must be passed a bachelor degree from a recognized university in any stream.Appearing in final year candidates are also Eligible.
Age limits;-
---General age limit is 21-30 years. Age relaxation is given to reserved category students.
3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST. There is 10 years for PH candidates.
