Hello Friend,

Any graduation course will help you as only graduates can write UPSC exam. Jokes apart, it is not the graduation course that will help you but the approach that you take to pursue that course will help you in CS preparation. Had there been any particular course that benefits CS aspirants, then that course have already become most favourite of all. UPSC toppers belong to all courses: they are doctors, engineers, art grads, science grads etc. So no favourite course for UPSC exams.
