UPSC can conducts exams like civil services exams,indian engineering service exam.

Well dear answer is no upsc does not divide their exams in groups.it is done by ssc.upsc conducts all grade A examination.these examination are for the top officer posts.upsc conducts so many exams for these posts every year.
