Schedules of government exams such as Income Tax, Customs, Central Excise etc. What is the procedure to give UPSC exam & Customs exam?

I want to give government exam such as income tax ,customs ,central excise etc.please submit me the details of exam and schedule when it will be conducted i am just worried please give me the full time table of exams and what is the procedure required and is it necessary to give upsc exam for customs exam is it possible that to become a customs offficer should i pass customs exam
