You can appear in the UPSC Civil Services Exams after completing your Graduation from a recognised University.
So,first you have to complete B.Pharm i.e.your graduation degree after completing your D.Pharm.Diploma course
is not enough to meet the eligibility criteria for Civil services exams.Your age should be between 21-30yrs if you
belong to general category and relaxation by +3yrs for OBC and by +5yrs for SC/ST candidates.
After you graduation you can wait for exam notifications to be advertised and apply online by filling forms
before the last date of submissions of forms.
