NO..Officers through IES can not work under DRDO.DRDO is a PSU.It recruits through its own examination process and is not linked to UPSC.You can not work in DRDO if you get selected under IES.IES officers usually works for central govt organisations and not semi govt organisations PSUs or PSEs etc.
