Civil Services Exam is conducted by UPSC every year for the posts of IAS, IPS, IRS etc.
Civil Services exam constitutes three parts:
1. CSAT
2. Mains

for appearing in exam you have to fulfill some other requirement like:

Through this site www.upsc.gov.in you can get registered with UPSC. But dear final year graduation student not eligible for it. Bcoz for it you should be proper graduate from recognized University. So, firstly be graduate then apply for it.
