If you have lost your hall ticket of CSAT examination, then there is no other way to know the results. Because the Roll No. of Successful candidates are only published in the website. See your Question booklet whether you write the Roll No int the front page in the box of Roll No. Otherwise, you can't know your result. Sorry.....

i can understand your problem.just write to upsc as soon as possible stating your problem and registration number and ask for their help.
If you are leaving in delhi then go directly to the upsc office and ask for remedy.
There is no other alternative than contacting upsc.

you can check your result only with the help of your roll
number. As you said that you have lost the roll number so without
roll number you can't find your result.
To get roll number contact to UPSC authority as early as
possible or you can directly reach the UPSC for help. they will
definitely help you.

It is very serious matter if you lost your hall-ticket.
Check your email hall ticket was also mailed to you by UPSC.
If not then you should report the matter to UPSC
I have attached some nos. of UPSC officers you can contact them.
UPSc have disabled their link to download admit card. Try to remember if you have written anywhere in question paper.
Otherwise, you can ask UPSC greivance redressal cell. But very slim chances to get information from them. Its your fault. Next time be more cautious

the hall tickets send by upsc reaches the houses of the aspirants a few days before the conduct of the examination.
some times due to some postal problems it do not reach the aspirants.
in that case they can get there hall ticket from the official upsc website www.upsc.gov.in
so for your case you can easily get your hall ticket downloaded from that site .
for this you have to visit the site and click on the examination tab present at top bar of the home page of the upsc site .
after which you will reach an box where e-admit cards will be written
click there and you will reach another page they will ask you for the mode of get the admit card
by registration number or
by name and date of birth
you can easily get your admit card by using any of the way.
