1 u can fill form for exam by upsc online process and then u fill form u get challan or pay fee onliine by net banking and credit or debit card (atm) . this is very simple to find .

type upsconline to google and filll form for exam then after compeleteing this challan will genereted to pay fee by sbi bank.

when you fill the application form online after filling the 1st part of the form you have to choose fee mode as challan you will see the challan and download it.
after getting the challan you have to pay the fee in Bank.Fee submitted is not refundable in any situation.

Before filling the application form you must check your eligibility for the exam.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 12th with math and physics or equivalent.

1. Offline:
In this mode you can purchase the form from any nearby post-office through CRF stamp of denomination of Rs 50/- or Rs 100/-. Central Recruitment Fee Stamp of requisite denomination must be obtained from the post office and affixed on the application form. And Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

2. Online:

For fee payment candidates have three options:

1. They can pay cash at any branch of state bank of india through the pay-in-slip generated by the online application process.
2. They can pay online using the internet banking facility of the state bank of india if they are state bank of india customer and having its internet banking facility.
3. They can pay online using any visa/master debit or credit card issued by any bank/institution.

if you want to fill the form correctly than you have to follow the steps mentioned below.

1. go to the website of upsc

2. click on part 1 registration of the exam you want to fill the form .

3. fill all the entries correctly according to your secondary mark sheet and submit it.

4. than take a printout of the chalan.

5. go to the sbi and pay the fee and copy of chalan ,the banker will give you the transaction id.

6. than come again to your computer and open the part 2 registration by providing transaction id and
registration no.

7. upload your photograph and signature according to the criteria an submit it.

8. after submitting the application form successfully you will get an conformation e-mail upsc .

2)using net banking facility of SBI/ State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur/ Sate Bank of Hyderabad/ State Bank of Mysore/ State Bank of Patiala /State Bank of Travancore
