Friend after completion of graduation you can apply for civil service exam.
But you should not fill the application form. Because there is limited attempt in Civil exam.
General candidates get only 4 attempts, SC/ST candidates have no restriction of limit and OBC candidates get only 7 attempt to crack civil exam.
So first of all you should do your preparation very well.
You should prepare the time table of study according to the syllabus and as per your convenience.
The exam will be highly competitive because lots of candidates take part in this exam.
So you have need of very hard work for civil exam.
You can also take the help of any good leading institute for the preparation.
Study newspaper and competitive magazine.
Use reference books and NCERT books for study material.
Practice previous year question paper to know your weakness and exam pattern.
