Dear aspirant!
Preparing along side job or quitting job to prepare full time is relax based on you. This will totally depends on your understanding of the examination and how much time you can take out to cover the complete syllabus, preparation plan,Personnel goal, aptitude etc.,
Any how, it is the quality of time spent towards this goal which is important and not the presence of a job alongside or the absence there of.
Good Luck

Yes friend you should start the preparation for the civil service exam as you get time as per your schedule.
You should give time preparation in part time mode and if possible in full time mode.
CSE exam is the toughest exam of India and require very hard work.
So friend work very hard regularly.
hi
yeah you can prepare for the upsc exam while doing job.if you know the syllabus and have subject knowledge ,started preparing for the exam, then if would reduce the burden for the exam.
while choosing the optional subject ,select that subject you have knowledge about it.so that it will take less time and make you work easy
strong desire i.e full dedication toward work, and your hard work will bring fruit full results.
be care full in objective in answer objective questions because when you read the question, its seem you know the answer but when you see the all 4 options, there you get confused.all appears to be correct.you need to choose the correct one.right.
try to grasp the concept instead of buttifying
upsc exam contains 3 stages, they are
a)preliminary test
b)main exam
c)interview
for exam notification you can visit=www.upsc.gov.in
good luck
thank you
You can prepare for it while contiuing your job you don't need to left your job..
As last year the UPSC topper had continued her job with the preparation so don't worry..
What all important is you need to manage your time properly and study daily your studies.
Dear as for as my views are concerned that you should always choose the best for your target means if you have made the UPSC exam as your target of your career then you should sacrifice everything to get your target and i would like to say that if your financial situation is enough good then you should choose 1 year or more time preparation because without hard and smart preparation you can not get qualified in the examination easily that is why i am suggesting you to choose more than 1 year of preparation of UPSC examination
To prepare for this exam you need to find out any one best coaching institute first and analyze that the coaching is good for you or not and if the coaching institute is enough good and providing the best result from past years then you must join that coaching institute and get the study material and you have to follow the strategy of the coaching teachers whatever they tell you to follow and much and much preparation would be more good for you get your target easily and make your career in civil services that is why you need to give at least 6 hours at your home and other 6-8 hours in coaching institute to prepare for this examination and decided to your study only and remind only one target in your mind
All the best
Hai friend,This is completely depended on you whether you should work or focus on the studies..The main thing is that time management is required..While preparing dont go to read all the available books..Just read some of the books recommended by the experts and have a brief knowledge about what is happening around yourself..Thank you..
