If you are making use of the offline way then can pay your fee for the exam by pasting a CRF stamp which is available at any of the post offices and then this stamp is to be cancelled by the post office.

If you are making use of the online way then you'll have to first of all get a printout of the pay in slip (its option is present at end of registration part-1)Then you can deposit the fee in the bank allowed by UPSC.The bank will provide you a transaction id which you have to fill in registration part-II to get enrolled in a UPSC exam.
