The candidate must hold any degree in any discipline from any recognized university
Final year degree students are also eligible
Degree obtained by distance education/open university is also eligible if the university is a recognized university

Age should be between 21-30 years

UPSC allow to candidate to appear for the exam while pursuing in

final year.

to appear for the you have to fulfill some requirements

listed below:
1. completed or appearing in final year of Graduation from

recognized college or university.

2. your age must be within the age limits of 21 years to 30 years.

there is also relaxation in the upper age upto 3 years for
