    How to start preparation for UPSC exam while pursuing last year BBA?

    i m bba last year student ...and i want to start upsc preparation ...please guide me

    Hello Dear,

    no doubt you choose a good way for future.and you are fully eligible For civil services exam.

    UPSC civil services is neither a very tough exam nor so easy. If you are doing a planed study then i am sure that you will crack this exam.

    Tips For Cracking exam is

    1. Be confident
    2. never think negative thinking in your mind
    3. read news paper daily. reading newspaper is very beneficial for you because you cover a lot of awareness from this.
    4. be regular that means continuity in your study is very important part of your preparation.
    5. make a friend circle where you can discuss your problem related to UPSC.
    6. choose your optional subject according to your interest.

    Hi Aspirant,

    Of course friend, you can start the preparation for civil service exam while pursuing the last year of BBA.

    Friend first of all you should make your grab at the portion of general science because it is quite broad portion for study and has no limit.

    So for the general science you should study newspaper daily and notes important points.

    Listen news and study with competitive magazine.

    As you know Civil is very tough exam of India but still you can crack it with hard work and dedication.

    You should schedule your time table as per your convenience and must follow it.

    You should study with NCERT books and reference books.

    You can also join any good coaching for the preparation of civil exam.

    Here you can get proper direction for the preparation.

    You should not waste your attempt every year. You should apply for CS exam when you are confident and your preparation is extra ordinary good because there is limited attempt in civil service exam.

    4 attempt for general candidates

    7 attempts for OBC candidates

    No limit for SC/ST candidates

    So be careful

    You should practice previous year question paper for the preparation

    1. Graduate in Any Discipline From Recognized University.
    2. Age Limit :
    General : 21 to 30 Years
    OBC : 21 to 33 Years
    SC/ST : 21 to 35 Years

    No. Of Attempts :

    General : 4
    OBC : 7
    SC/ST : 9

    For Preparation :

    1. Firstly Want The Concentration On The Exam
    2. Than Study Hours In Daily Means 5 -7 Hours Daily
    3. Than Choosing The Subject For The Mains Exam And Start The Preparation From The College And School Syllabus Book
    4. Now See The Previous Papers And Structure Of Paper For Goto http://www.upsc.gov.in/ Than Previous Year Paper
    5. After Some Study, Start The Practice For Exam From Solved The Previous Paper

    Being Final year of Graduation you are eligible to apply for Civil services.

    You have still more time so,be concentrate on Degree subjects and Prliminary subjects too.

    Tips to prepare:

    ->need to be spend minimum 6 to 8 hrs.per day.

    ->Follow Previous year papers.

    ->Follow NCERT books.

    ->Better to take coaching for civil services .
