    UPSC Application cannot be tracked through sms. Notifications of UPSC are available at www.upsc.gov.in.

    Generally along with UPSC application form there is an acknowledgement card is there,which is sent by UPSC when your form reaches to them.
    UPSC Application cannot be tracked through sms.
    If anybody form gets rejected UPSC publish the notification in newspapers.

    sorry my friend,

    but UPSC cannot be tracked through SMS,
    if anyhow through any unfair means you will try to do so the your application will be rejected,
