Hello Guest,
UPSC mainly conducts Exams to recruit candidates in the various posts(Administrative,Defense,Railway organisation etc.) in central govt of India.
There is no experience required to attend the exams of UPSC. And also there is extra marks alloted in terms of experience.
So, you will not get any benifits for your work experience.
The more you score good marks in the written exams & personality test, the more is the chances to get the job offered by UPSC.
Best of luck & thanks.

Dear, Sorry to say that experience is not required by the UPSC for its regular recruitment's. But Experience is needed in some special recruitment's for eg. Professors for IMA or NDA etc. But without this experience also, you can compete all other exams. of UPSC. So, don't worry...Good Luck....
